This Privacy Policy explains how LUZWAY PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LIMITED ("Payhaste", "we"), operator of payhaste.com, collects and uses personal information when we act as Merchant of Record for purchases made through our Checkout.

1. Information we collect

  • Transaction data: the product purchased, amount, currency, date and order reference.
  • Payment data: card details are entered directly on our payment provider's secure, PCI DSS compliant hosted page — we never receive or store full card numbers. Wallet payments (Google Pay) are processed through the provider in the same way.
  • Contact data: the email address you provide or use to contact support, and billing details where required.
  • Technical data: basic device and log information needed for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

  • To process payments and deliver the product or service you bought.
  • To calculate and remit applicable taxes.
  • To provide receipts, billing support, refunds and dispute handling.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered Money Services Business.

3. Sharing

We share personal data with the partner merchant whose product you purchased, with our payment processors and card networks to complete the transaction, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

We retain transaction and compliance records for as long as required by applicable financial-services and tax regulations, and then delete or anonymise them.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact support@payhaste.com.
